國(guó)家外匯管理局公布202211月末外匯儲(chǔ)備規(guī)模數(shù)據(jù)國(guó)家外匯管理局統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)顯示,截至202211月末,我國(guó)外匯儲(chǔ)備規(guī)模為31175億美元,較10月末上升651億美元,升幅為2.13%

 

202211月,受全球宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)數(shù)據(jù)、主要經(jīng)濟(jì)體貨幣政策預(yù)期等因素影響,美元指數(shù)下跌,全球金融資產(chǎn)價(jià)格上漲。匯率折算和資產(chǎn)價(jià)格變化等因素綜合作用,當(dāng)月外匯儲(chǔ)備規(guī)模上升。我國(guó)持續(xù)推動(dòng)穩(wěn)經(jīng)濟(jì)一攬子政策和接續(xù)措施全面落地生效,經(jīng)濟(jì)呈回穩(wěn)向上態(tài)勢(shì),有利于外匯儲(chǔ)備規(guī)模保持總體穩(wěn)定。

 

今年前11個(gè)月我國(guó)進(jìn)出口同比增長(zhǎng)8.6%

據(jù)海關(guān)統(tǒng)計(jì),今年11個(gè)月,我國(guó)進(jìn)出口總值38.34萬(wàn)億元人民幣,比去年同期(下同)增長(zhǎng)8.6%其中,出口21.84萬(wàn)億元,增長(zhǎng)11.9%;進(jìn)口16.5萬(wàn)億元,增長(zhǎng)4.6%;貿(mào)易順差5.34萬(wàn)億元,擴(kuò)大42.8%。按美元計(jì)價(jià),前11個(gè)月我國(guó)進(jìn)出口總值5.78萬(wàn)億美元,增長(zhǎng)5.9%。其中,出口3.29萬(wàn)億美元,增長(zhǎng)9.1%;進(jìn)口2.49萬(wàn)億美元,增長(zhǎng)2%;貿(mào)易順差8020.4億美元,擴(kuò)大39%

 

一般貿(mào)易進(jìn)出口兩位數(shù)增長(zhǎng)。前11個(gè)月,我國(guó)一般貿(mào)易進(jìn)出口24.47萬(wàn)億元,增長(zhǎng)12.4%,占我外貿(mào)總值的63.8%,比去年同期提升2.2個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。其中,出口13.91萬(wàn)億元,增長(zhǎng)17.2%;進(jìn)口10.56萬(wàn)億元,增長(zhǎng)6.7%。同期,加工貿(mào)易進(jìn)出口7.74萬(wàn)億元,增長(zhǎng)1.3%,占20.2%。其中,出口4.93萬(wàn)億元,增長(zhǎng)3%;進(jìn)口2.81萬(wàn)億元,下降1.7%。此外,我國(guó)以保稅物流方式進(jìn)出口4.77萬(wàn)億元,增長(zhǎng)8.4%。其中,出口1.84萬(wàn)億元,增長(zhǎng)12.3%;進(jìn)口2.93萬(wàn)億元,增長(zhǎng)6.1%

 

對(duì)東盟、歐盟和美國(guó)等主要貿(mào)易伙伴進(jìn)出口增長(zhǎng)。前11個(gè)月,東盟為我第一大貿(mào)易伙伴,我與東盟貿(mào)易總值為5.89萬(wàn)億元,增長(zhǎng)15.5%,占我外貿(mào)總值的15.4%。其中,對(duì)東盟出口3.42萬(wàn)億元,增長(zhǎng)22.2%;自東盟進(jìn)口2.47萬(wàn)億元,增長(zhǎng)7.4%;對(duì)東盟貿(mào)易順差9541.4億元,擴(kuò)大90.4%。歐盟為我第二大貿(mào)易伙伴,我與歐盟貿(mào)易總值為5.17萬(wàn)億元,增長(zhǎng)7%,占13.5%。其中,對(duì)歐盟出口3.44萬(wàn)億元,增長(zhǎng)14.3%;自歐盟進(jìn)口1.73萬(wàn)億元,下降5%;對(duì)歐盟貿(mào)易順差1.71萬(wàn)億元,擴(kuò)大44%。美國(guó)為我第三大貿(mào)易伙伴,我與美國(guó)貿(mào)易總值為4.62萬(wàn)億元,增長(zhǎng)4.8%,占12%。其中,對(duì)美國(guó)出口3.55萬(wàn)億元,增長(zhǎng)5.8%                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             為我第四大貿(mào)易伙伴,我與韓國(guó)貿(mào)易總值為2.22萬(wàn)億元,增長(zhǎng)4.7%,占5.8%。其中,對(duì)韓國(guó)出口9913.9億元,增長(zhǎng)14.7%;自韓國(guó)進(jìn)口1.23萬(wàn)億元,下降2.1%;對(duì)韓貿(mào)易逆差2350.5億元,收窄39.5%。同期,我國(guó)對(duì)“一帶一路”沿線國(guó)家合計(jì)進(jìn)出口12.54萬(wàn)億元,增長(zhǎng)20.4%。其中,出口7.13萬(wàn)億元,增長(zhǎng)21%;進(jìn)口5.41萬(wàn)億元,增長(zhǎng)19.7%

 

民營(yíng)企業(yè)進(jìn)出口快速增長(zhǎng)。前11個(gè)月,民營(yíng)企業(yè)進(jìn)出口19.41萬(wàn)億元,增長(zhǎng)13.6%,占我外貿(mào)總值的50.6%,比去年同期提升2.2個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。其中,出口13.22萬(wàn)億元,增長(zhǎng)18.1%,占出口總值的60.6%;進(jìn)口6.19萬(wàn)億元,增長(zhǎng)5.1%,占進(jìn)口總值的37.5%。同期,外商投資企業(yè)進(jìn)出口12.7萬(wàn)億元,下降0.1%,占我外貿(mào)總值的33.1%。其中,出口6.87萬(wàn)億元,增長(zhǎng)2.4%;進(jìn)口5.83萬(wàn)億元,下降2.8%。國(guó)有企業(yè)進(jìn)出口6.15萬(wàn)億元,增長(zhǎng)14.1%,占我外貿(mào)總值的16%。其中,出口1.72萬(wàn)億元,增長(zhǎng)9%;進(jìn)口4.43萬(wàn)億元,增長(zhǎng)16.2%

 

機(jī)電產(chǎn)品和勞動(dòng)密集型產(chǎn)品出口均增長(zhǎng)。前11個(gè)月,我國(guó)出口機(jī)電產(chǎn)品12.47萬(wàn)億元,增長(zhǎng)8.4%,占出口總值的57.1%。其中,自動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)處理設(shè)備及其零部件1.45萬(wàn)億元,下降1.8%;手機(jī)8574.2億元,增長(zhǎng)4.2%;汽車3637.6億元,增長(zhǎng)79.3%。同期,出口勞動(dòng)密集型產(chǎn)品3.91萬(wàn)億元,增長(zhǎng)9.9%,占17.9%。其中,服裝及衣著附件1.07萬(wàn)億元,增長(zhǎng)7.2%;紡織品9058.3億元,增長(zhǎng)7%;塑料制品6521.2億元,增長(zhǎng)13.4%。此外,出口鋼材6194.8萬(wàn)噸,增加0.4%;成品油4600.5萬(wàn)噸,減少19.4%;肥料2241.5萬(wàn)噸,減少28.4%

 

鐵礦砂進(jìn)口量?jī)r(jià)齊跌,原油、煤、天然氣和大豆等進(jìn)口量減價(jià)揚(yáng)。前11個(gè)月,我國(guó)進(jìn)口鐵礦砂10.16億噸,減少2.1%,進(jìn)口均價(jià)(下同)每噸780.9元,下跌27.8%。同期,進(jìn)口原油4.6億噸,減少1.4%,每噸4817.1元,上漲50.3%;煤2.62億噸,減少10.1%,每噸974.5元,上漲42.9%;天然氣9900.6萬(wàn)噸,減少9.7%,每噸4189.1元,上漲51.2%;大豆8052.6萬(wàn)噸,減少8.1%,每噸4459.3元,上漲25.4%;初級(jí)形狀的塑料2804.1萬(wàn)噸,減少10.4%,每噸1.23萬(wàn)元,上漲6.5%;成品油2312.4萬(wàn)噸,減少7.2%,每噸5064.3元,上漲28.5%。此外,進(jìn)口未鍛軋銅及銅材535.7萬(wàn)噸,增加8.5%,每噸6.18萬(wàn)元,上漲1.2%。同期,進(jìn)口機(jī)電產(chǎn)品6.36萬(wàn)億元,下降4.7%。其中,集成電路4985.1億個(gè),減少14.4%,價(jià)值2.52萬(wàn)億元,增長(zhǎng)0.6%汽車(包括底盤)81.4萬(wàn)輛,減少7.4%,價(jià)值3277.7億元,增長(zhǎng)1.7%

202211月份,全國(guó)工業(yè)生產(chǎn)者出廠價(jià)格同比下降1.3%,環(huán)比上漲0.1%;工業(yè)生產(chǎn)者購(gòu)進(jìn)價(jià)格同比下降0.6%,環(huán)比持平。111月平均,工業(yè)生產(chǎn)者出廠價(jià)格比去年同期上漲4.6%,工業(yè)生產(chǎn)者購(gòu)進(jìn)價(jià)格上漲6.7%

 

一、工業(yè)生產(chǎn)者價(jià)格同比變動(dòng)情況

 

工業(yè)生產(chǎn)者出廠價(jià)格中,生產(chǎn)資料價(jià)格下降2.3%,影響工業(yè)生產(chǎn)者出廠價(jià)格總水平下降約1.72個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。其中,采掘工業(yè)價(jià)格下降3.9%,原材料工業(yè)價(jià)格上漲0.3%,加工工業(yè)價(jià)格下降3.2%。生活資料價(jià)格上漲2.0%,影響工業(yè)生產(chǎn)者出廠價(jià)格總水平上漲約0.46個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。其中,食品價(jià)格上漲3.9%,衣著價(jià)格上漲2.3%,一般日用品價(jià)格上漲1.4%,耐用消費(fèi)品價(jià)格上漲0.4%

 

工業(yè)生產(chǎn)者購(gòu)進(jìn)價(jià)格中,黑色金屬材料類價(jià)格下降11.5%,建筑材料及非金屬類價(jià)格下降6.5%,化工原料類價(jià)格下降5.4%,有色金屬材料及電線類價(jià)格下降4.1%;農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品類價(jià)格上漲9.5%,燃料動(dòng)力類價(jià)格上漲4.3%

 

二、工業(yè)生產(chǎn)者價(jià)格環(huán)比變動(dòng)情況

 

工業(yè)生產(chǎn)者出廠價(jià)格中,生產(chǎn)資料價(jià)格持平,影響工業(yè)生產(chǎn)者出廠價(jià)格總水平上漲約0.03個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。其中,采掘工業(yè)價(jià)格上漲0.9%,原材料工業(yè)價(jià)格下降0.1%,加工工業(yè)價(jià)格持平。生活資料價(jià)格上漲0.1%,影響工業(yè)生產(chǎn)者出廠價(jià)格總水平上漲約0.03個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。其中,食品、衣著和一般日用品價(jià)格均上漲0.2%,耐用消費(fèi)品價(jià)格持平。

202211月份,全國(guó)居民消費(fèi)價(jià)格同比上漲1.6%。其中,城市上漲1.5%,農(nóng)村上漲1.7%;食品價(jià)格上漲3.7%,非食品價(jià)格上漲1.1%;消費(fèi)品價(jià)格上漲2.3%,服務(wù)價(jià)格上漲0.5%1­­—11月平均,全國(guó)居民消費(fèi)價(jià)格比上年同期上漲2.0%

 

11月份,全國(guó)居民消費(fèi)價(jià)格環(huán)比下降0.2%。其中,城市下降0.2%,農(nóng)村下降0.2%;食品價(jià)格下降0.8%,非食品價(jià)格持平;消費(fèi)品價(jià)格下降0.1%,服務(wù)價(jià)格下降0.2%

 

一、各類商品及服務(wù)價(jià)格同比變動(dòng)情況

 

11月份,食品煙酒類價(jià)格同比上漲3.0%,影響CPI(居民消費(fèi)價(jià)格指數(shù))上漲約0.85個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。食品中,畜肉類價(jià)格上漲17.6%,影響CPI上漲約0.56個(gè)百分點(diǎn),其中豬肉價(jià)格上漲34.4%,影響CPI上漲約0.47個(gè)百分點(diǎn);蛋類價(jià)格上漲9.9%,影響CPI上漲約0.07個(gè)百分點(diǎn);鮮果價(jià)格上漲9.6%,影響CPI上漲約0.18個(gè)百分點(diǎn);水產(chǎn)品價(jià)格上漲3.4%,影響CPI上漲約0.06個(gè)百分點(diǎn);糧食價(jià)格上漲3.0%,影響CPI上漲約0.05個(gè)百分點(diǎn);鮮菜價(jià)格下降21.2%,影響CPI下降約0.53個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。

 

其他七大類價(jià)格同比六漲一降。其中,交通通信、其他用品及服務(wù)、生活用品及服務(wù)價(jià)格分別上漲2.9%2.3%1.5%,教育文化娛樂(lè)、衣著、醫(yī)療保健價(jià)格分別上漲1.3%0.5%0.5%;居住價(jià)格下降0.2%

 

二、各類商品及服務(wù)價(jià)格環(huán)比變動(dòng)情況

 

11月份,食品煙酒類價(jià)格環(huán)比下降0.5%,影響CPI下降約0.14個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。食品中,鮮菜價(jià)格下降8.3%,影CPI上漲約0.03個(gè)百分點(diǎn);蛋類價(jià)格上漲1.3%,影響CPI上漲約0.01個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。
